All About Me
Courtney started her career in makeup & hair at just 18 years old. As a Dallas local, she began working with photographers for local agencies like Kim Dawson, and Campbell. Her love for makeup took a big turn at the age off 22 when she began to study under Emmy Award winning Artist, Thom Supernant. A year later she was offered a position as a Special Make-Up Effects Artist and assistant on the hit TV series "Strong Medicine" for the Life Time Network. There she met and became the personal beauty makeup artist to Tamera Mowry-Housley, who later became the Face of CHIRO. Courtney's career flourished from there with bookings for Red Carpet events, Music Videos for MTV and VH1, Celebrity weddings and so much more. You can see her work frequently in local wedding magazines like The Knot, and Brides of North Texas. Her work can also be found on the cover of People Magazine, as well as US Weekly. Courtney is certified in Makeup for TV/Film, Special Make-Up Effects & FX Prosthesis, Airbrush Makeup, Bridal Makeup, Lighting and Color Theory, as well as Hair design.
